A Certified Applied Animal Behaviorist (CAAB), Dr. McConnell has made a lifelong commitment to improving the relationship between people and animals. An accomplished author of several books including The Other End of the Leash, she is known worldwide as an expert on canine and feline behavior and dog training.

The day following the conference we will host a town hall meeting for up to three representatives from each Community Partner. This event will be from 8am-11am on Sunday, September 10th and will be held at the Red Lion Hotel Bellevue.
