Participants will receive fundraising support, official event gear, and enjoy a post-hike celebration and a special mission moment that will entail the love for pets.

How Does it Work?

Sign up for this outdoor fundraising challenge, set your fundraising goal, and start building support for your Trails for Tails journey. Every participant receives a personal fundraising page, plus helpful resources and support from Pet Partners to reach the fundraising minimum*.

Before the charity hike event, you’ll connect with fellow participants and receive guidance on training, gear, trail conditions, and what to expect on the hike.

Raise more than the minimum* and you’ll receive 20% of every dollar raised above the minimum to help offset eligible hike-related expense.

*Fundraising minimums vary by location, ranging from $2,000 – $2,500.

What Participants Say About Trails for Tails

Kay M.

We love Stowe for its beauty, hiking, and atmosphere, but what made Trails for Tails truly memorable was getting to know Pet Partners teams from around the country. Hearing their stories and the impact therapy animal teams are making was incredibly special. We’re already looking forward to the next hike!

Stacey C.

Trails for Tails was such a meaningful way to support Pet Partners, connect with others who understand the human-animal bond, and simply enjoy an adventure with our canine partners. It gave us the chance to make new memories together and experience some of the joy our therapy animals bring to others.

Melissa G.

When I had the opportunity to support a mission I believe in while doing something I love—spending time outdoors with like-minded people—I just had to say yes! I’m so grateful for this experience
