Digital Marketing Manager (Full Time, Remote)
Pet Partners, a leading non-profit in the therapy animal space, is seeking a digital marketing powerhouse to join our mission of bringing the healing power of animals to more communities. As our Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll own the full lifecycle of multi-channel digital initiatives. From strategy and audience segmentation to creative concept and cross-platform deployment, to in-depth analysis and data-driven optimization – every facet of digital marketing is your domain.
As a member of Pet Partners professional staff, you will serve as an energetic, collaborative, and effective team player both within the department and across the Pet Partners organization, exemplifying our core values of being Accountable, Agile, Determined, Positive and Solution-Focused.
You’re the Ideal Candidate if:
- You have 3-5+ years hands-on experience planning, executing, and refining high-performing digital marketing campaigns across paid search, programmatic display, social media advertising, email nurturing, SEO, and more
- You’re an analytical guru who lives in Google Analytics, obsessing over metrics to extract insights and effortlessly translate data into actionable strategies
- Testing and iterating is your jam – you’re constantly experimenting with new tactics, ad creative, audience targeting, and more to stay ahead of the curve
- You’re highly creative and your compelling copy and design chops allow you to craft social ads and landing pages that drive engagement
- You have deep expertise with the full suite of digital marketing tools like Google Ads, Facebook and LinkedIn Ads Manager, ad servers, CRMs, Google Tag Manager, marketing automation software, SEO applications, and more
- You know WordPress inside and out, and also have advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and Canva or a similar graphic design software; familiarity with Salesforce and Engaging Networks is a strong plus
- You’re able to prioritize, manage and complete concurrent projects in a fast-paced, self-directed, remote work environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams

What You’ll Do:
- Develop and manage omni-channel digital marketing strategies that integrate SEO, paid media, email, social, content marketing, and more to exceed lead gen and audience growth goals
- Deploy and optimize high-impact campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms through audience segmentation, targeting, A/B testing, and more
- Oversee the PetPartners.org website, drive SEO and leverage CRO tactics to enhance UX and maximize conversions
- Measure, analyze, and provide in-depth reporting on campaign performance using analytics tools
- Continuously identify new opportunities, test innovative tactics, and implement process improvements
