Mary and Rosie started the registration process to become a Pet Partners team in the fall of 2019. It took some time for them to gain all the skills they needed, and then COVID-19 hit. But in July 2021 they completed their registration, and now they’re making up for lost time. Mary shared these photos and stories about recent visits she and Rosie made.

October 5: Rosie and I visited a counseling center at a university today. We visited with over 100 students and had a wonderful time!

October 25: Rosie and I are having a wonderful time visiting various retirement communities. On our visit today, we sat in the lobby and chatted with several residents and staff members who were coming and going. Knowing what a difficult year-plus it’s been for the retirement community makes these visits extra special and my heart full!

November 3: Rosie and I had a wonderful visit yesterday at North Dakota State University. Was fun hearing the students talk about their pets they were missing at home. Their Residence Hall department held a de-stress event at one of the dorms. Rosie and I visited with 70+ students. We hope to go back for their finals week next month.
