National Director, Field Relations

Pet Partners is seeking a seasoned non-profit field relations professional to lead change and growth of Pet Partners throughout the U.S.  The National Director, Field Relations is a new position and will be responsible for supporting Pet Partners’ local entities by focusing on brand alignment, fundraising and volunteer management, and growing Pet Partners’ presence through strategically placed new staff. There will be equal emphasis on growing existing groups and establishing presence in underserved areas.  Over time, this individual will supervise both Field Relations and Community Development staff.

Position:  Full-time, exempt: 37.5 hours/week (7.5 hours daily, M-F; exact schedule between the hours of 7 am and 5 pm to be determined). Position may work in the Bellevue office or from home anywhere in the U.S. mainland. Position is 20% domestic travel.

Salary & Benefits:  This is a senior level position at Pet Partners and part of the Leadership Team.  Salary is commensurate with experience and location and includes generous benefits. Pet Partners does not pay for relocation expenses.
